About the Role:

GSL Education is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multilingual Educator to join our team as a Foreign Language Specialist. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote language proficiency and cultural understanding.
• Utilize assessments to measure student progress and adjust teaching strategies to ensure optimal results.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that values diversity and promotes academic excellence.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine the Foreign Language curriculum.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in language education and implement innovative approaches to teaching and learning.

Requirements:

• QTS or equivalent with a focus on Modern Foreign Languages.
• Experience teaching Foreign Languages at the secondary level.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for teaching languages and helping students succeed.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
