We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team at SecureCloud+. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the successful completion of projects for our clients in the Defence and Security sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Define, shape, lead, and deliver projects within a client portfolio as assigned, ensuring costs, time, scope, and quality are controlled and delivered according to the agreed plan.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage stakeholders, including project boards, internal and external teams, and third-party organizations, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, plan, implement, and monitor risks to ensure project delivery follows the agreed plan.
- Project Documentation: Create, maintain, and effectively use project management products, including project initiation documents, plans, RAID logs, and communication plans, to ensure project delivery follows the agreed plan.
- Team Management: Manage multi-disciplined project teams with matrix reports, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide accurate and targeted reporting on project status, ensuring stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on project progress.
- Business Continuity: Maintain effective project documentation and daily action logging to ensure business continuity.
- Education: An appropriate IT or Business Degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in IT or related industry, focused on resource management, with experience of running projects successfully using Waterfall and/or Agile approaches.
- Qualifications: PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification or equivalent, with experience of ITIL, Acceptance into Service processes, and Microsoft Project.
