Exciting Opportunity for a Civil Engineer
We are seeking dedicated civil engineers to become part of our engineering team at Arup. In this role, you will engage in a range of infrastructure initiatives, particularly within our expanding dams and reservoir sector, contributing to the development of sustainable solutions for future generations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical initiatives within the Energy Water and Resources engineering division.
- Enhance our dams and reservoir services, foster client partnerships, and guide junior engineers.
- Contribute to the design of water-retaining structures, applying geotechnical and hydraulic knowledge.
- Ensure timely project delivery while collaborating effectively within a team.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Chartered Civil Engineer status or in progress.
- Preferred experience in dam and reservoir projects.
- Familiarity with Eurocodes and British Standards.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software and handling large datasets is advantageous.
