Position Summary: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to become part of their dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct both reactive and scheduled maintenance tasks.
  • Oversee the installation and repair of machinery, equipment, and services throughout the manufacturing site.
  • Ensure optimal operational efficiency by implementing timely preventive maintenance and effectively addressing any technical issues.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot machinery, focusing on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Engage in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Utilize welding equipment, manage compressed air systems, and operate overhead cranes.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a background in Electrical Engineering Maintenance or be a qualified Electrical Engineer.
  • Demonstrated experience in Electrical Engineering within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environments.
  • Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems complemented by basic mechanical knowledge.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and manual dexterity.
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and building services.

Work Schedule: This position operates on a Monday to Friday basis, offering a competitive salary.
