Our aim is to cultivate your skills in this position, supported by our Practice Development Facilitator, who is readily available within the department to guide all staff in achieving their career objectives.
A significant level of experience in the operating theatre is required.
Key Responsibilities
You will be expected to demonstrate high levels of motivation and enthusiasm, possess extensive experience across various theatre specialties, and exhibit exceptional communication abilities.
We seek individuals who are innovative, well-organized, and maintain a positive outlook towards adaptability and change management. This role is tailored for someone with proficiency in scrub practices across multiple surgical specialties, including orthopaedic surgery. Additionally, you will be expected to coordinate and oversee the comprehensive operation of the theatre department, which will include troubleshooting across all areas within the peri-operative environment.
We also anticipate that you will serve as a professional role model for our team and department.
Applications will only be accepted from registered ODPs or Nurses with valid registration from the UK HCPC or NMC, holding a UK-recognized qualification.
