About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Charlotte Street Hotel in London. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the hotel's reputation for excellence in hospitality.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with precision and flair, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to guest needs and preferences with a warm and welcoming attitude.
  • Work collaboratively with the bar team to maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and other beverages, staying up-to-date with trends and innovations.
  • Contribute to the hotel's revenue growth by upselling and promoting premium drinks and services.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end establishment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and other beverages, with a passion for mixology and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout shifts.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
