Ribbons & Reeves is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Modern Foreign Languages Graduate to join our team of educators.

Role Overview

  • We are looking for a dedicated individual to assist in the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and 4.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and leadership teams to develop and implement lesson plans.
  • Training and support will be provided to ensure the candidate's success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons to students in whole class, small groups, and one-to-one sessions.
  • Work closely with the class teacher to develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all students.
  • Provide support to students who require additional help outside of regular lessons.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate in Modern Foreign Languages from a top UK university.
  • Passion for languages and education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

What We Offer

  • A competitive weekly salary of £475-£550 (inclusive of holidays) via PAYE.
  • Term-time work only.
  • Training and support provided on the job.
