Apprentice Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Assistant to join our team at Bury Council. As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment and training of foster carers, ensuring that our service is delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment and training of foster carers, including coordinating training sessions and managing attendance records.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including social media and online marketing.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data management and reporting.
- Work closely with colleagues across the council to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
