Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management plans to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, materials, and compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure alignment on quality objectives and requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues, defects, and non-conformities in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities, including records of inspections, test results, and quality assurance reports.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a quality assurance role in the construction industry, preferably with a residential developer or main contractor.
  • Ability to produce quality management plans and enforce them.

  • A competitive salary of between £60,000 - £65,000 per annum.
