Role Overview:
Aspire People is in search of a committed and enthusiastic General Teaching Assistant to collaborate with educators in a reception classroom setting. The successful candidate will assist a class teacher in nurturing a group of 31 children aged 5-6 years old.

Due to the nature of the reception classes, a higher understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) is essential, particularly regarding Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). A willingness to assist with personal care tasks is also highly desirable.
