Learning Disabilities Nurse/Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse/Learning Disability Specialist to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Woking. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our service users.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in mental health and learning disability nursing. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering individualized care plans, working closely with our management team to develop and improve our services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver high-quality care to service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met
- Work collaboratively with the management team to develop and improve our services
- Administer medications and maintain accurate records
- Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Registration with the NMC as a Registered Mental Health Nurse/Learning Disability Specialist
