Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at our Neurological Rehabilitation Centre in York.

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in providing psychological assessment, intervention, and support to our residents. You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver evidence-based individual and group treatment programs to address and mitigate difficulties.

• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals' rights.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team, providing clinical psychology input.
• Engage in relevant research and offer advice to other professionals as appropriate.
• Conduct assessments and clinical formulations of patients' behavioural and treatment needs.
• Deliver evidence-based individual and group treatment programs to address and mitigate difficulties.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs.
• Direct and support others in carrying out evidence-based clinical psychology interventions.
• Take personal responsibility for adhering to security procedures and continuously assess and manage risks.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, visitors, and carers.

• HCPC Registration
• BPS Registration
• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
• Successful candidates must undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
