Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of our residential development pipeline in the Exeter area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Commercial Manager and working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts
  • Monitor and control project costs and progress
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor in the delivery of commercial services
