We are seeking an upbeat and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across the region.
About the Role
This is a permanent contract position, working 30 hours per week, with shift times between 07:00 and 13:00. You will be required to work Saturdays and Sundays, with some flexibility to work at our Malmo Road Delivery Office.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary, paid monthly, with an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr. You will also receive overtime pay at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate, as well as 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata). We provide full uniform, a company pension scheme, and excellent family-friendly support, including enhanced maternity pay and paternity leave.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong sense of community and take pride in what you do. You will also need to have a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points. We are looking for someone who is happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather.
