The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring teacher to join our team at NCG, delivering an exciting and outstanding educational experience in Health & Social Care, Early Years, and Teaching Assistants.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for a teacher with drive and commitment to lively, student-centered teaching. The post will be predominantly focused on teaching Teaching Assistants and Early Years across a wide range of levels from Level 1 to Level 3.

We welcome applications from experienced teachers who hold a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification and a relevant degree. It would be beneficial for applicants to be able to assess Early Years and Teaching Assistant qualifications in the workplace.

The successful candidate will need to have a flexible approach, be independent and proactive, coupled with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You will have strong communication skills and be able to negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teaching and assessing students in Health & Social Care, Early Years, and Teaching Assistants
  • Developing and delivering curriculum materials
  • Assessing student progress and providing feedback
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental goals
