Senior Commercial Executive needed. Our client, a prominent player in the UK's waste management sector, is seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Executive to enhance their operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial management, have direct experience in waste management, and have successfully driven commercial transformations in their previous roles.
Position Overview:- Overseeing and procuring all wood tonnages necessary to fulfill company contracts.
- Managing and coordinating all RDF/SRF off-take agreements.
- Arranging shipping logistics from the company’s dock processing facility for all waste wood and RDF/SRF off-take needs.
- Responsible for managing all elements of the company's waste recycling agreement with local authorities.
- Leading initiatives to expand the company's partnerships with UK paper mills.
- Supervising the commercial assistant to execute the commercial strategies outlined above.
- Some travel may be necessary.
- Essential experience in a commercially driven environment.
- Demonstrated history of implementing impactful commercial changes and achieving results.
- Experience in the waste management sector is advantageous.
- Proficient in operational and managerial roles.
- Must be located within a reasonable commuting distance.
- Possession of a full driver’s license.
Remuneration:
- Salary range: £40,000 - £50,000.
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30.
- 33 days of holiday, including public holidays.
- Pension scheme available.
