As a Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents. You will supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants, working closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualised care and support. You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You will have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities, and many of our Senior Care Assistants progress into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.
