Senior Quantitative Trading Systems Architect

Algo Capital Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantitative Developer to join our Quantitative Trading team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing trading systems on a Linux platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop high-performing enterprise-grade trading systems, quant APIs, and research pipelines.
- Collaborate with global trading, quantitative research, and technology teams to drive innovation and enhancements of algorithmic trading strategies.
- Work closely with the research team to develop and implement new trading strategies and models.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of market microstructure and its implications on trading systems.
- Strong experience with C++ on Linux.
- Excellent software engineering skills with a proven track record of designing high-performing trading systems.
- Good understanding of models and market microstructure.
- Strong academic background from a leading university.
- Python/MATLAB experience is desirable.
Total compensation on offer for this role is between £250,000 - £350,000 depending on experience.
