Position Summary:

We are seeking an Operations Manager who can effectively lead the team, leveraging the hotel's strong market reputation to propel business growth through exemplary leadership, robust financial insight, and a commitment to enhancing the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and inspire the operations team, ensuring a superior guest journey.
  2. Drive revenue growth by identifying and maximizing business opportunities.
  3. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, utilizing your expertise in hotel management.
  4. Demonstrate strong financial acumen, presenting strategies to optimize property revenue.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or Operations Manager in full-service hotels in the UK.
  • A background in managing properties with 60+ rooms, ideally within the 3 to 4-star category.
  • The ability to travel or relocate as necessary.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue and enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Compensation:

Competitive salary range of £33,000 - £35,000, along with a company rewards and recognition program, comprehensive benefits, and excellent career advancement opportunities within a growing organization.
