Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Assistant to join our team at CH&CO. As a Front of House Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

  • Food Service & Till Operation: You will be responsible for operating the till, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized food service area.
  • Vending Operations: You will be responsible for restocking and maintaining vending machines, ensuring they are fully stocked and functioning correctly.
  • Cleaning: You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, including cleaning equipment, floors, and surfaces.
  • H&S Due Diligence: You will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols, and reporting any incidents or hazards.
