Plumber Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at Gov Facility Services Ltd (GFSL), a leading provider of facilities management services to HMPPS. As a Plumber, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our prisons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Respond to emergency calls and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with other tradespeople to ensure smooth operation of facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with Water Supply Regulations and Control of Legionella L8 requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of plumbing systems and best practices.
Requirements
  • Hold relevant qualifications, including C&G 6035 (Plumbing), C&G 6189 (Plumbing & Heating), and NVQ Lvl 3 in Plumbing.
  • Have commercial maintenance and installation experience.
  • Be familiar with and able to work to Water Supply Regulations and Control of Legionella L8 requirements.
  • Be available to work 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
