Imperial College London: Legal and Regulatory Affairs Operations Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to join a proactive support team at one of the world's leading universities, Imperial College London.

As our Legal and Regulatory Affairs Operations Officer, you will work closely with the Legal & Regulatory Affairs Team and other Professional Services teams to provide outstanding, consistent, and proactive oversight and coordination support. You will also support the Deputy University Secretary & General Counsel with high-quality support, including diary management, document production, meeting coordination, and support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Legal & Regulatory Affairs Team and other Professional Services teams
  • Coordinating and managing administrative systems and processes
  • Supporting the Deputy University Secretary & General Counsel with diary management, document production, meeting coordination, and support
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of administrative systems and processes
  • Providing high-quality support to the team and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, working collaboratively with others
  • Experience of establishing, managing, and maintaining administrative systems and processes and keeping accurate records
  • Ability to respond to changing priorities and plan workload
  • Knowledge/understanding of governance
  • Knowledge/understanding of the Higher Education Sector
