Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Haven, a leading leisure and hospitality company. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of sourcing, category management, and procurement activities within the food and beverage category.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Nurture and enhance commercial relationships with suppliers to secure the best-value offerings available in the market.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain and technical management teams to develop and manage a safe and efficient food and beverage supply chain.
- Develop and manage categories to ensure purchasing in F&B is transparent, straightforward, and supportive of team members across the business.
- Contribute to procurement strategy across Haven and play a key role in the Procurement Team.
- Work closely with F&B technical teams to ensure guest safety and maintain comprehensive adherence to legal obligations regarding food safety.
- Experience in Food and Beverage procurement, ideally in a Leisure/Hospitality setting, with a proven track record of developing and executing sourcing and procurement engagements that return substantial value.
- Strong stakeholder management experience and effective supplier management techniques.
- Ability to work in a hybrid working model, with 50% of your working week spent at the office, occasionally on Park, or at external events.
