Our Commercial Property Team

We are a well-established and respected Commercial Property team within Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join our dynamic team.


The Role - Commercial Property Solicitor

We are looking for a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to undertake fee-earning work, working both independently and as part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Commercial Property Law and be able to maintain existing client relationships while developing new ones.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake fee-earning work, working both independently and as part of the team.
  • Maintain existing client relationships and assist in developing new ones.
  • Work closely with other departments within the firm on joint projects.
  • Participate in the growth and future development of the department.
  • Achieve agreed financial targets.
  • Comply with the firm's policies and procedures.
  • Keep legal knowledge up to date and continue personal and professional development.


Requirements

  • 3+ years PQE
  • Experience working in a Commercial Property team
  • Excellent planning and prioritizing skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
