Job Title: Regional EHS Manager

TikTok is seeking a highly skilled Regional EHS Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our EHS team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust EHS management system across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regionally compliant EHS procedures and guidance for stakeholders across EMEA.
  • Act as the regional EHS subject matter expert, supporting regional business partners and company-wide projects.
  • Develop and monitor regional strategies for EHS performance, preparing and communicating regular reports to EHS and regional leadership.
  • Effectively manage EHS resources, external consultants, and third-party associates, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Evaluate incident data, track corrective/preventive actions, and organize meetings to assess operational EHS risks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline.
  • Minimum five years of experience in EHS, with knowledge of local, regional, and national compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent working knowledge of EHS management systems and practices.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience supporting health and wellness initiatives at a company level.
  • Strong computer skills, able to produce reports and working documents to an exceptional standard.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and advise local employees to achieve positive EHS outcomes.
