About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Arborist to join our team in Northampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our trees and the people who interact with them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform tree inspections and assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies for mitigation.
  • Conduct pruning and maintenance activities to promote healthy tree growth and prevent damage.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement tree care plans that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Arborist role, preferably with a focus on tree care and maintenance.
  • Awareness of safety protocols and procedures is critical to ensure the well-being of both the surveyor and others in the vicinity of trees being assessed.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as Level 3 Maintenance (Formally CS 30 / CS 31), Level 3 Climb Trees and Perform Aerial Rescue (Formally CS 38), or Level 2 Operate a Chain Saw from a Rope and Harness (Formally CS 39), are highly advantageous but not essential.
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Eye for detail and willingness to learn.
