Job Title: Apprenticeship Quality Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Coordinator to join our team at Hadland Care Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of practice and inclusion provisions in our settings, working closely with managers and regional managers to achieve excellent practice throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Develop and ensure the quality of practice and inclusion provisions comply with or exceed Ofsted/national standards for the regions assigned to you.
- Reporting and Analysis: Detail clear practices and areas of the provision that are working well and produce a report with actions for defined areas for improvement.
- Support and Collaboration: Support colleagues in helping to achieve excellent practice throughout the settings, and work collaboratively with managers and regional managers to achieve organizational goals.
- Inspection Support: Support managers and settings with inspections, whether announced or unannounced by Ofsted or Early Years.
- Audit and Compliance: Report to the Quality and Audit Manager and work with the Operational leadership to proactively identify actions and manage audit expectations to ensure the nurseries are fully compliant with the needs of the business, Ofsted, and Local Authority Regulations.
- Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits within each setting, producing an internal Tops operation report to ascertain how well the setting is functioning from a quality point of view.
- Progress Monitoring: Produce an annual report on all inspections, monitoring progress from previous years and agreeing annual actions with the regional manager.
- Administrative and Organizational Skills: Be a good administrator with excellent organizational skills, use of IT databases and Excel, with the ability to set up and create systems to work smarter.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across all levels of colleagues and professionals, and have strong communication skills, as duties will involve producing written reports and relaying outcomes to audit inspections.
- Leadership and Management Experience: Have experience at Manager Level and/or working within the care industry, showing good initiative and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge and Skills: Possess a good knowledge of information technology, especially Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDFs, and in-house databases), and hold a Driving Licence.
- Qualifications and Experience: Hold a Level 3 Childcare Qualification, and have experience working with SEND children and supporting SENDCo's.
- Education and Training: Hold a degree in Early Years or Leadership and Management.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Childcare Qualification: Candidates must hold a Level 3 Childcare Qualification to be considered.
