  • Operational Delivery:
    • Own outcomes within the Tenancy Legal function, ensuring compliance throughout.
    • Provide expert legal guidance and support on tenancy, eviction proceedings, and enforcement matters.
    • Represent PA in legal proceedings, including eviction cases and resident disputes as needed.
  • Strategic Thinking:
    • Collaborate with other teams to align strategies and drive business objectives.
    • Ensure our Residents Strategy is central to our organizational goals.
    • Shape and deliver our 'You and Your Neighbourhood' initiative, leaving a lasting impact on our community.
  • Stakeholder Relationships:
    • Build strong ties with residents, community groups, authorities, and stakeholders.
    • Manage legal aspects of tenancy agreements, disputes, and counsel, while mediating disputes fairly among parties.
    • Represent PA Housing at forums and meetings.
