Job Overview

DPDgroup is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Collection and Delivery Driver Apprentice. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth delivery of parcels to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a company vehicle to collect and deliver parcels to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Aged 18+ and held a full clean driving licence for 12 months or more.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift, load and carry parcels.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
