**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding to join our team at CFO Insights. As a key player in building our greatest brand within Insurtech, you will be responsible for developing and executing our recruiting strategy, building a strong employer brand, and attracting top talent.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand, highlighting our company culture, values, and mission
  • Own the execution of further developing and automating our recruiting processes
  • Improve our onboarding process in close collaboration with management
  • Take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, creating interview scripts, and conducting interviews

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and employer branding, with a track record of success
  • Strong understanding of the Insurtech industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • UK work permit
