We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble and install mechanical and electrical components, including wiring and control panels.
- Perform general workshop duties, including drilling, tapping, and use of hand tools.
- Disassemble, clean, and refurbish old machines, pumps, and valves.
- Commission and test machines, identify faults, and provide training to customers.
- Background in workshop or service engineering.
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
Our ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work in a variety of settings, including workshop-based and on-site roles. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, and Friday, 8:30am to 2:00pm. Flexible start and finish times are available, and overtime is paid at time and a half, with double time on Sundays.
