As a Care Team Leader at Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding our care team. Your leadership skills will help them develop and grow, ensuring they provide the highest standard of care to our residents.

Responsibilities include monitoring and reviewing resident care plans, ensuring they are adhered to by all team members. You will also be responsible for recording and reporting resident progress accurately.

When staff or residents need help, you will take the lead, remaining calm and composed in emergency situations.

What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of £15
  • Full-time hours only (46 hours)
  • Day shift: 08:00am - 20:00pm
  • Flexibility to work alternate weekends (both Saturday and Sunday)
