Job Summary

Rubix, a leading industrial maintenance and distribution network supplier in Europe, is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site inspections to identify and remove heavy plant and equipment, ensuring safe removal and disposal.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet customer needs.
  • Manage and supervise site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain Health and Safety (H&S) and Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Requirements
  • Engineering apprenticeship completed.
  • Degree, higher education, or equivalent.
  • Desirable: Commercial experience and industry experience in water process plant and equipment, commercial building plant and equipment, or power generation plant and equipment.
