Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Measurement: Maintain and develop systems to measure achievement of objectives, including field accompaniment and auditing.

Requirements:

  • Previous Account Management Experience: Proven track record of delivering results and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business Acumen: Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the grocery or FMCG sector.
