Role Overview:

A Housekeeping Attendant at Nirvana Spa is responsible for ensuring that all areas, including changing rooms, shower facilities, and restrooms, are maintained to exceptional cleanliness standards. Additionally, this role involves managing washroom supplies and amenities to ensure they are always fully stocked. Housekeepers will also play a vital role in processing and replenishing laundry needs throughout the establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary duties of this position include:

• Adhering to company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Restocking supplies and amenities as needed.
• Assisting with the cleaning, drying, folding, and transportation of robes and towels.
• Maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the Spa, including hallways and pool areas.
• Delivering outstanding customer service to all guests.
• Complying with company health and safety regulations.
• Participating in training sessions as required.
• Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
