Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef De Partie to join our team at Maya, our flagship restaurant in Manchester. As a Pastry Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for supporting the pastry team and adhering to health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the pastry team in the preparation and presentation of desserts and pastries
  • Adhere to health and safety requirements and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
  • Participate in menu planning and development to ensure consistency and quality
