Salary: £40,000-£60,000

Simpson Judge Ltd is seeking a skilled Family Solicitor to enhance its esteemed Family team. This is a distinctive opportunity to engage with one of the firm's standout teams, focusing solely on privately funded cases. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years post-qualification experience.

The Position:

You will have the chance to manage a diverse array of intricate cases involving medium to high-net-worth clients, delivering expert legal counsel and representation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a variety of family law matters, such as divorce, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, financial disputes and resolutions, cohabitation agreements and conflicts, child arrangements and disputes, grandparents' rights concerning children, child abduction and adoption cases, non-molestation and occupation orders, while offering necessary technical expertise.
  • Managing an exclusively private caseload, with no involvement in publicly funded cases.
  • Mentoring and assisting fellow team members.
  • Aiding in the organization and support of business development initiatives and events.

About You:

  • A qualified solicitor with 2 to 5 years' PQE in family law.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex cases for medium to high-net-worth clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the capability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Strong client relationship management abilities to provide a high level of care.
  • A professional, motivated, and detail-oriented individual who excels in a dynamic and supportive setting.
