Job Title: Consultant, Client Services

As a talented Clinique Consultant, you will be passionate about beauty and dedicated to creating an exceptional customer experience that makes your clients feel valued, respected, connected, and confident. You will be responsible for selling our market-leading products across Skincare, Makeup, and Fragrance, while ensuring that each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to confidently recommend custom-fit routines
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to create a visually appealing shopping environment
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
