Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeper to join our team at Care. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our holiday homes and country estates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the properties
• Manage and maintain cleaning schedules and rotas
• Supervise and coordinate the work of external cleaning teams
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement cleaning plans to meet the needs of our clients
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and bank holidays
• Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies
