Education Division Recruitment Manager Role:

As the Education Division Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading the establishment and growth of our education recruitment team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Recruitment Consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
  • Recruitment Cycle Management: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from candidate attraction to client relationship management, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Business Development: Drive business development to expand our client base, identifying new opportunities and building long-term partnerships with schools and special educational needs (SEN) provisions.
  • Candidate Attraction and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for our clients.
  • Client Management: Manage existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, and building strong relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, supporting their career progression and growth within the company.

Education Division Recruitment Manager Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in education recruitment.
  • A strong track record in business development and client management.
  • Leadership experience or a desire to step into a management role.
  • Ambition, drive, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the business and your team.
