Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide high-quality technical support to customers via remote sessions, addressing queries and resolving issues related to our cybersecurity solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Utilise SQL, Python/Java scripting, and Unix knowledge to diagnose and solve complex technical problems.
- Cloud Architecture: Work with cloud architecture components, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Containers/Docker, OpenStack, Postgres, and Kafka, to assist customers with deployment and troubleshooting.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and engineering, to provide feedback on customer issues and improve product performance and future development.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a customer-focused support engineer, ideally within the cybersecurity industry.
- Technical Skills: Solid technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Python/Java scripting, and Unix.
- Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with SIEM tools such as ArcSight, Splunk, and others, as well as knowledge of cloud architecture, including AWS components, Containers, OpenStack, Postgres, Kafka etc.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong time management and organisational skills.
