Residential Caregiver Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Residential Caregiver who possesses a warm and empathetic nature, committed to enhancing the life quality of clients. In this role, you will reside in the client's home, providing essential non-medical support to promote their independence.

• Your commitment will involve delivering exceptional care for 12 hours each day, including a two-hour break.
• This position operates on a two-week on and off schedule.
• You will be responsible for implementing the client's individualized care plan and health goals, ensuring they enjoy their time at home.
• Your responsibilities will include meal preparation, assisting with personal care as needed, light housekeeping, running errands, offering companionship, and engaging clients in activities that support their well-being and safety.
• Building a trusting relationship with the client, their family, friends, and other caregivers is essential, showcasing your reliability and compassion.

Qualifications:

We seek a flexible individual who is passionate about helping others and takes pride in providing outstanding service. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Additional Information:

• Continuous training and support tailored to the needs of both the Caregiver and the Client.
• Attractive daily compensation of £120 along with enhanced rates for bank holidays.
