Catch22 is seeking a dedicated and experienced ESOL Vocational Tutor to join our team. As a key member of our education department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach ESOL students from pre-entry level to Level 2, focusing on language skills and vocational training.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and styles.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of ESOL and vocational training programs.
- Monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support to ensure academic success.
- Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and resources that meet the needs of our students.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company initiatives.
- A recognized teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or equivalent.
- A degree in a related subject, preferably with a focus on language and education.
