Job Opportunity: Corporate Commercial Lawyer

Overview: G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Lawyer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work with a reputable and highly regarded law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload that includes the purchase and sale of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, and terms of business
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice on commercial law matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' PQE experience in commercial law
  • High level of technical skill and knowledge of commercial law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
