Farm Labourer Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Farm Labourer to join our team at Zoom Recruitment Services Ltd.

Job Requirements:

  • Working outdoors within a working farm environment, including hay baling and working in the barn alongside a hay baling machine.
  • Driver's license preferred, with training available to drive the tractor.
  • Reliability and some experience of working outdoors and knowing the area to commute to are essential.

Working Conditions:

The role involves working in a rural environment, with a focus on hay baling and tractor driving. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors and have a strong work ethic.

Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, with overtime available. The role is an ongoing contract, with a regular schedule of Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 17:00pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.
