Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship
The Aspire Training Team is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Level 3 Childcare Apprentice at The Meadows - Cheeky Chimps Childcare.
About the Role:
- Assist in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.
- Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, ensuring activities are developmentally appropriate and inclusive.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians, sharing information about children's development and well-being.
- Observe and assess children's development, documenting observations and contributing to individual learning plans.
- Support children's personal care needs, including feeding, changing, and promoting independence.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming nursery environment.
- Collaborate with the nursery team to plan and deliver engaging learning activities both indoors and outdoors.
- Attend staff meetings and participate in team discussions.
Requirements:
- A Level 2 Childcare qualification is desired.
- A clear DBS check is required.
- GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent, are desired.
Working Hours:
- The Meadows - Cheeky Chimps Childcare operates from 07:30-18:00, Monday to Friday, all year round.
- The successful candidate will be required to work between 30-40 hours per week, with shift patterns to be discussed.
