Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Mobile General Assistant to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our food and beverage operation, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen and serving areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present delicious meals for our school team and pupils.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and serving areas at all times.
  • Support the loading and unloading of supply and delivery vehicles.
  • Adhere to food handling and hygiene regulations.
  • Ensure all equipment is operated correctly and safely.
  • Uphold the reputation of Sodexo at all times.

Requirements:

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage pressure.
  • Impeccable punctuality and dependability.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle required.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate.
  • 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday 10am-2pm.
  • Term-time only (39 week working contract paid over 52 weeks).
  • Business car insurance required.
  • Reimbursement of all travel expenses.

Equated pay (spread-over pay) available for contracted hours, working weeks, and holiday pay spread over 12 months.
