Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve menu items to a high standard in accordance with company specifications to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat visits
  • Uphold food hygiene and health & safety regulations within the establishment, completing necessary documentation
  • Manage deliveries and ensure proper food storage
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment

Prior experience in a bustling kitchen environment is essential; however, additional training and development will be provided both in-house and in our Development Kitchen in Hertford.
