Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team at Sandal Motor Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, using advanced diagnostic techniques and tools.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Work closely with our team of technicians and managers to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and satisfying experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry developments, ensuring that our team remains at the forefront of automotive repair and maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a vehicle technician, preferably in a dealership or high-volume repair environment.
- Advanced diagnostic skills and knowledge of complex vehicle systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations as required.

Salary and Benefits
- OTE £31,350 - £43,425, depending on experience and qualifications.
- £2500 joining bonus (pro rata for part-time employees).
- 24 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing with length of service (pro rata for part-time employees).
