Graduate Civil Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious Civil Engineer to join our Civil Engineering team based in Exeter. As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will gain experience in every technical discipline across the business, including detailed highway & drainage design, 3D site modelling, plot engineering, utilities strategy, flood risk assessment, foul and surface water drainage strategy, and transport planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake design for infrastructure projects, including 3D surface modelling and hydraulic drainage design.
  • Represent the company at client, contractor, and local authority meetings.
  • Design and approvals for S278 and S38 highway schemes with design capability when supervised by senior staff.
  • Work with Civils 3D, AutoCAD, and drainage modelling software such as FLOW or Microdrainage.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or currently working through the final year of the degree.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Any experience with AutoCAD would be a bonus.
